小儿输尿管上段结石的腹腔镜治疗(1)

     【摘要】 目的 探讨后腹腔镜输尿管切开取石术治疗小儿输尿管上段结石的适应症及临床价值。方法 对8 例12周岁以下小儿患者经后腹腔镜行输尿管上段切开取石术的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果 全部患者均手术成功，平均手术时间96.6 min，失血量20～70 ml，术后随访2个月～2年，肾积水均明显好转，无明显手术并发症。结论 后腹腔镜输尿管切开取石术对小儿患者具有创伤小、恢复快、并发症少等优点，尤其适用于上段输尿管结石，因输尿管镜下碎石(URL) 时结石易上行进入肾盂而致治疗失败或体外冲击波碎石术( ESWL) 效果不佳者，可部分取代传统的开放性手术。
