高效液相色谱法测定口炎清片中绿原酸的含量

【摘要】 目的 建立以高效液相色谱法测定口炎清片中绿原酸含量的方法。方法 色谱柱：以十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶为填充剂，流动相：乙腈-0.4%磷酸溶液(13∶87)为流动相；检测波长为327nm，流速为1.0 ml/min，柱温：30℃，进样量10 μl。结果 绿原酸在0.053 4～0.534 g(r=0.999 9)之间呈良好的线性关系。 绿原酸平均回收率:99.38%(RSD=1.31%,6例)。结论 本方法简便、准确、重现性好。
