【摘要】 目的 比较脊髓型颈椎病前路手术多种融合方式，探讨脊髓型颈椎病前路手术时融合方式的合理选择。方法 总结了44例经1年以上随访的脊髓型颈椎病手术患者，将前路手术3种融合方式的融合率和疗效进行分析比较。结果 自体髂骨植骨融合与cage植入融合的融合率均较令人满意，异体骨植入融合的融合率相对较低。自体髂骨植骨融合与cage植入融合的术后疗效相近且均较异体骨植入融合的疗效好。结论 脊髓型颈椎病前路手术中自体髂骨植骨融合与cage植入融合是较理想的融合方式，而异体骨植入融合不应积极推广。

    Comparison of different fusion methods in anterior cervical operation for cervical spondylotic myelopathy

    【Abstract】 Objective To compare the effect of different fusion methods in anterior cervical operation for cervical spondylotic myelopathy and to discuss the optimal selection of fusion methods.Methods 44 cases after more than 1 years’ follow-up were analyzed.The fusion rates and curative effects of 3 fusion methods in different cases were compared.Results The fusion rateof iliac autograft or cage implantation was satisfactory,but that of allograft was lower.The curative effect of iliac autograft and that of cage implantation were comparably better than that of allograft.Conclusion Iliac autograft and cage implantation both are good fusion methods in anterior cervical operation for cervical spondylotic myelopathy,however allograft is not an appropriate method in this circumstance. ......
