【摘要】 目的 研究Ⅰ期前路病灶清除植骨内固定治疗腰椎结核的效果。方法 对26例Ⅰ期行前路病灶清除植骨内固定治疗的腰椎结核患者进行回顾性分析，术后随访12~24个月，评价椎间融合率，脊髓神经功能恢复，观察术后有无并发症。结果 26例患者植骨块均完全融合，融合率100%，脊神经功能恢复良好。结论 Ⅰ期前路病灶清除植骨内固定治疗腰椎结核疗效显著。
