【摘要】 目的 介绍一种针对高龄食管贲门癌合并慢支、肺气肿患者的手术方式:单纯左胸径路食管贲门癌切除术。方法 常规左侧后外侧标准切口进胸，扩大膈食管裂孔，经膈食管裂孔上提胃至胸腔行食管胃吻合术。结果 24例患者手术顺利，恢复良好，顺利出院。结论 单纯左胸径路食管贲门癌切除术可用于高龄食管下段癌和贲门癌合并慢支、肺气肿患者的外科治疗。

    Resection of esophageal and cardia carcinoma by simple left thoracic approach

    【Abstract】 Objective To introduce an operation method for advanced age esophageal and cardia carcinoma patients with chronic bronchitis or emphysema:resection of esophageal and cardia carcinoma by simple left thoracic approach.Methods Left thorax posterior lateral incision was used and hiatus esophageus of diaphragm was enlarged.Esophagogastrostomy was operated in thorax.Results 24 patients were operated successfully,revived fine and discharged on time.Conclusion Resection by simple left thoracic approach refer to advanced age inferior segment esophageal and cardia carcinoma patients with chronic bronchitis or emphysema. ......
