【摘要】 目的 分析外源性过敏性肺泡炎的高分辨率CT(HRCT)的影像学特点，进一步提高其HRCT诊断的准确性。方法 12例外源性过敏性肺泡炎的HRCT表现，急性期3例，亚急性期5例，慢性期4例。结果 外源性过敏性肺泡炎HRCT主要表现为微结节或结节8例，气腔实变10例，磨玻璃样变8例，局限性的空气残留(air trapping)并形成“马赛克”样灌注4例，局限性肺气肿1例,小叶间隔增厚及蜂窝状改变4例。发病的不同时期，其表现不同。结论 HRCT是诊断外源性过敏性肺泡炎的具有重要价值的无创性检查，可以清晰显示过敏性肺泡炎的类型及分布。

    【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the features of Extrimic Alergic Alveolitis on HRCT ,and to improve HRCT diagnostic accuracy . Methods The HRCT findings of 16 cases of EAA .Three cases were acute ,five cases were subacute ,four cases were chronic. Result The HRCT appearances of EAA inciuded micronodules or nodules were seen in 8 cases,space consolidation in ten cases,ground-glass opacity in eight case, limited pulmonary emphysema in one case,four cases had air trapping and mosaic perfusion ,thick interlobular speta and honey combing in eight cases.The HRCT features of different period had different manifestation.
