【摘要】 目的 观察紫杉醇(PTX)联合LFP方案治疗晚期食管癌的近期疗效及毒反应。方法 46例晚期食管癌采用PTX+LFP方案，PTX按周剂量给药,即PTX 80 mg/m²,静脉滴注，1次/周,连续2周,LFP方案常规给药。21 d为1个周期，至少完成两周期评价。结果 全组46例均可评价疗效,28例初治有效率67.8%，18例复治有效率50.0%，总有效率60.8%,主要毒副作用为骨髓抑制。结论 PLFP方案治疗晚期食管癌疗效较好，毒反应可以耐受，可作为治疗晚期食管癌的有效方案。

    The clinical effection of the treament of PTX and LFP in late esophagus carcinoma

    【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the short-term effects and the side-effects in late carcinoma of the esophagus in the combined treatment of PTX and LFP.Methods 46 cases were treated with PTX and LFP ;PTX was given weekly,is PTX80 mg/m²,iv gtt qw two weeks,and LFP was treated regularly.21 days were included in one course of treatment and two courses must be completed at least.Results Curative effects could be evaluated by all the 46 cases.The curative rate of the 28 cases who were treated first time is 67.8%,and that of the 18 cases who were retreated is 50.0%.The overall effective rate is 60.8%,and the main side-effect is Myelosuppression.Conclusion PLFP is more effective to Esophagus Carcinoma of advanced stage and the side-effects are acceptable to the patients.So it can be an effective option to the Esophagus Carcinoma patients of advanced stage. ......
