闭合复位带锁髓内钉治疗胫骨骨折的临床体会(1)
【摘要】 目的 探讨闭合复位带锁髓内钉治疗胫骨骨折的临床应用。方法 56例胫骨骨折均采用术前跟骨牵引，术中闭合复位带锁髓内钉内固定。其中闭合性骨折43例，开发性骨折13例。结果 本组病例随访9个月至3年，平均随访16月，骨折全部愈合，功能恢复良好。术中损伤大隐静脉2例，术后膝痛4例。结论 闭合复位带锁髓内钉治疗胫骨骨折具有适应症广，创伤小，固定牢固，骨折愈合率高和并发症少等优点。【关键词】闭合复位；带锁髓内钉；胫骨骨折
Clinical experience on treatment of tibial fracture with close reduction and a interlocking intramdullary nail

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical application of close reduction and interlocking intramdullary nail on treating tibial fracture.Methods 56 cases of tibial fracture were treated with properative calcaneus traction,close reduction and interlocking intramdullary.Of all patients,close fracture were 43 cases and open fracture 13 cases.Results This group of patients were followed-up for 9 months to 3 years with an average of 16 months,all fractures were completely healed with good function.In operation vera saphena maga in 2 cases was injured,4 cases felt knee joint pain after operation.Conclusion Treatment of tibial fracture with close reduction and a interlocking intramdullary nail has the advantages of wildly clinical application,minimal injury,solid fixation,high rate of fracture healing and fewer complications. ......
