心理干预结合针灸治疗儿童多动症87例临床观察
【摘要】 目的 观察心理干预结合针灸治疗儿童多动症的疗效。方法 采用心理干预结合针灸治疗87例多动症患儿,并与20例西药对照组进行临床对照。结果 治疗后两组行为积分值明显下降,有显著的统计学意义；心理干预结合针灸组总有效率显著高于西药对照组,且其疗效与年龄、病程无明显的相关性。结论 心理干预结合针灸治疗儿童多动症疗效显著。【关键词】心理干预；针刺疗法；儿童多动症
Clinical observation on treatment of 87 cases of childred attention deficit disorder by combined psychiatric therapy and acupuncture

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the curative effect of combined psychiatric therapy and acupunctureon child attention deficit disorder.Methods Psychiatric therapy and acupuncture were combined to treat 87cases of childred attention deficit disorder with 20 cases treated with western medicine as a control.Results Behavior score decreased markedly in the two groups after treatment and there was a statistically significant difference.The total effective rate was significantly higher in the psychiatric therapy and acupuncture group than in the control group treated with western medicine.There was no significant correlation of the curative effect with age and the duration of disease.Conclusion The combination of psychiatric therapy and acupuncturehas a noticeable effect on child at-tention deficit disorder. ......
