河南省某市男男性接触者安全套使用及相关情况调查

【摘要】 目的 了解河南省某市区男男性接触者(MSM)安全套使用及相关情况，为行为干预和采取预防措施提供线索。方法 采用横断面调查设计，对进出某市区酒吧、浴池、公厕、公园、广场的男男性接触者进行调查，填写调查表。结果 该人群主要为青壮年，16～40岁占96%，未婚占46.9%，有固定性伴的占38.6%。安全套的使用情况与职业、经济、婚姻、出生地等因素无显著性差异。文化水平与安全套的使用情况有显著性差异，大专及以上文化程度者安全套使用较受教育低者明显为高。结论 男男性接触者在我国艾滋病流行和预防控制工作中具有特殊的意义，大力推广使用安全套是减少HIV经性途径传播的有效措施。由于男男性接触者中文化水平低者安全套使用率较低，因此，应针对MSM的人口学特征加强安全套的推广使用。

【Abstract】 Objective To understand a certain urban areas of Henan Province MSM ( MSM) and the related use of condoms, for the behavioral intervention and prevention measures are taken to provide clues. Method A cross-sectional survey design, access to a liquor urban areas Bar, baths, public toilets, parks, squares of the MSM investigation fillWritten questionnaire. Results The main crowd-40 for young adults 16-29 years of age accounted for 96%, accounting for 46.9 percent of unmarried, have fixed the sexual partners of 38.6 per cent. The use of condoms and professional, economic, marriage, birth and other factors had no significant difference. Literacy and the use of condoms there were significant differences between post-secondary education and above condom use, the more obvious low education level. Conclusion MSM in China’s AIDS epidemic and prevention and control work is of special significance, and vigorously promote the use of condoms to reduce transmission of HIV through effective measures. The MSM in the low cultural level of low condom use, therefore, should focus on the demographic characteristics of MSM strengthen the promotion of condom use. ......
