城乡复发再入院精神分裂症患者社会支持状况调查(1)

【摘要】 目的 调查城市与农村地区，复发再入院精神分裂症患者院外社会支持状况。方法 选取本院复发再入院精神分裂症患者208例，运用社会支持量表(SSRS)等调查工具，在患者入院症状改善后，与患者面谈完成社会支持资料收集。结果 208例分裂症患者社会支持总分29.6±3.4，低于一般人群；将208例调查对象按来源分为城市、农村两组，城市组社会支持总分、客观支持、主观支持和支持利用度均低于农村组(28.1±2.9/31.2±3.1,14.3±2.0/15.8±2.0,8.1±1.7/9.0±1.2,5.7±1.2/6.4±1.1,P<0.05)。结论 精神分裂症患者总体社会支持状况低于一般人群，而城市分裂症患者社会支持问题尤其突出。
