乳腺癌组织中BCA225的表达及意义

【摘要】 目的 探讨BCA225在乳腺癌组织中表达及临床意义。方法 免疫组化法检测乳腺癌组织、非乳腺癌组织的BCA225表达。结果 ①BCA225在乳腺癌组织表达的敏感度为 82.5%，特异度为84%；②BCA225在乳腺癌组织和非乳腺癌组织中表达的差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 BCA225是乳腺癌敏感、乳腺器官特异的标志物之一。

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the expression and clinical significance of BCA225 in breast cancer.Methods To detect the expressions of BCA225 in breast cancer tissues, nonbreast cancer tissues by immunohistochemical staining.Results ①BCA225expressions were more frequent in breast cancer than in nonbreast cancer.The specificitywas 82.5% , the sensitivity was 84%.②A significant difference of the expression of BCA225is observed between them(P<0.01).Conclusion Those findings indicate that BCA225 is one of mammary-specific and mammary-sensitive markers.
