HPLC法测定正糖胶囊中大黄素的含量

【摘要】 目的 采用高效液相色谱法测定正糖胶囊中大黄素的含量，以控制该制剂的质量。方法 采用大连依利特(C18,250 mm×4.6 mm，5 μm)柱分离虎杖、何首乌中大黄素，以甲醇-0.1%磷酸溶液(85∶15)为流动相；流速为：1 ml/min，检测波长为254 nm。结果 线性范围为0.054~0.27 μg。2,3,5,4/-四羟基二苯乙烯-2-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷的平均回收率为99.45%，RSD=1.20%。结论 试验方法简便易行，测定结果准确、可靠，重现性好。
