【摘要】 目的 调查基层医院成人支气管哮喘治疗现状。方法 通过对42例支气管哮喘患者治疗情况调查，了解我国支气管哮喘防治指南在本地的执行情况。结果 42例患者中平均确诊时间3.5个月，肺功能检查使用率低占11.9%(5/42)，使用峰速仪占14.3%(6/42)，按要求分级治疗为9.52%(4/42)，急性发作抗生素使用率为88.1%(37/42)，其中不合理使用抗生素占78.6%(33/42)。控制症状药物使用有待改善，患者依从性较差。结论 按支气管哮喘防治指南治疗部分患者明显受益，大部分患者的诊治有待进一步改善。

    Analysis of diagnosis and treatment of 42 patients with bronchial asthma DU Xin-ling.Xinjiang Farmers 5 Dirision 83 Mission Hospital，Xinjiang 833303，China

    【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the treatment of bronchial asthma in some subordinate hospitals.Methods Global initative for Asthma(Gina)prevention and cure at local place by an investigation into the treat ent of 42 patients who suffer bronchial asthma.Results The 42 patients’ average period of the definite diagnosis as 3.5 months.The rate of the lung funtion examination’s usage was 11.9%(5/42)；the Micro-peak machines usage 14.3%(6/42)；Classified treatment according to the Gina regurements 9.52%(4/42).The usage of antibiotic for sudden asthma 88.1%(37/42).Of which 78.6%is unreasonable(33/42).the usage of the medicine for controlling symptom was to be proved and the patients couldn’t follow the doctors advice very well Conclusion The patients treated according e Global initative for Asthma(Gina)benefit a lot ......
