【摘要】 目的 探讨MRI对肝门部肿瘤的诊断及术前评估的价值。方法 分析68例肝门部肿瘤的MRI表现，与手术或病理结果比较。结果 MRCP对肝门胆管梗阻定位准确率达91.2%；MRI三种组合扫描方式对不同类型肝门肿瘤定性诊断准确率分别为52.9%，72.1%，80.9%，联合MRI检查方法对病变切除性评估准确率77.8%。结论 联合MRI方法对肝门肿瘤定位、定性诊断及手术方案制定具有重要意义。
