113例新生儿包茎气囊扩张术临床经验总结

【摘要】 目的 探讨气囊扩张术对新生儿包茎防治。方法 用回顾性分析的方法对前来就诊的113例新生儿进行临床资料统计。结果 113例包茎统计中72例为增殖型占63.72%，41例为萎缩型占36.28%。所有扩张术患儿术中均无包皮口皲裂出血，随访多年，无一例发生龟头包皮炎，包皮松弛，包皮上翻自如。结论 资料分析结果显示气囊扩张术降低了医疗成本，在包茎防治过程中不失为是一项合理、有效、安全的治疗方法。

【Abstract】 Objective Discussion balloon dilatation of the prevention and treatment of neonatal phimosis. Methods Retrospective analysis using the method to come to get medical treatment for 113 cases of neonatal clinical data.Results 113 cases of phimosis statistics for 72 cases of proliferative accounted for 63.72 percent, 41 cases of atrophic accounted for 36.28 percent. Dilatation of all children with no foreskin intraoperative chapped mouth bleeding, follow-up for many years, and no case occurred balanoposthitis, foreskin relaxation, ease over the foreskin.Conclusion Data analysis results show that balloon dilatation reduces the cost of medical care, prevention and treatment in the course of phimosis may be a reasonable, effective and safe method of treatment. ......
