【摘要】 目的 采用高效液相色谱法测定祛风通痹胶囊中士的宁的含量。方法 选用C₁₈色谱柱；流动相：正己烷-二氯甲烷-甲醇-三乙胺(47.5∶47.5∶5∶0.4)；检测波长：280 nm。结果 本方法的回收率为97.76%，RSD=1.75%(n=6)。结论 HPLC法准确，重现性好，可用于祛风通痹胶囊的质量标准。
