【摘要】 目的 探讨平阳霉素(PYM)地塞米松(DXM)与混合注射治疗颌面部海绵状血管瘤的疗效及其优点。方法 收集2002年11月至2008年3月,用PYM和DXM混合注射治疗颌面部海绵状血管瘤病例227例，观察平阳霉素治疗颌面部血管瘤的临床效果。结果 经6~24个月的随访观察，总有效率为100%，尤其是对海绵状血管瘤治疗效果最为满意，且不良反应较少。结论 PYM、DXM混合注射治疗颌面部海绵状血管瘤,具有疗程短、疗效高、不良反应小等优点,是一种安全、可靠、简便、易行的方法。
