【摘要】 目的 分析异位妊娠开腹手术与药物保守治疗后生育功能差别。方法 108例异位妊娠行药物保守治疗或开腹手术治疗病例,将两者自然妊娠率和活产率进行比较。结果 药物保守治疗自然妊娠率为88.10%(37/42),活产率为76.19%(32/42)。开腹手术治疗组自然妊娠率为69.70%(46/66),活产率为48.48%(32/66),两者都有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 与开腹手术组相比,药物保守治疗能提高自然妊娠率、活产率,是对有生育要求且有适应证患者优先选择治疗方法。

    【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the tocofunction assessment of posttreatment ectopic pregnancy between medicinetreatment and operationtreatment group.Methods 108 patients underwent ectopic pregnancy.Pregnancy rate and viable birth rate were analyzed retrospectively.Results The pregnancy rate of medicinetreatment was 88.10%(37/42)and the viable birth rate was 76.19%(32/42). The pregnancy rate ofoperation treatment was 69.70%(46/66)and the viable birth rate was 48.48%(32/66)respectively.Showingsignificant statistical differences between groups respectively both(P<0.05). Conclusion Compare to application of operationtreatment,application of medicinetreatment can improve the rate of pregnancy and viable birth. Medicinetreatment is a better way to those who have indication and desire to bear again. ......
