【摘要】 目的 探讨胰岛素泵在继发性药物失效2型糖尿病治疗中的价值。方法 回顾8例继发性药物失效的2型糖尿病患者,使用胰岛素泵强化治疗后及时改用诺和灵30R分两次皮下注射治疗,分析治疗前后血糖控制达标时间及控制效果。结果 血糖均显著下降,平均控制达标天数5.5 d,并顺利过渡用诺和灵30R治疗,血糖控制稳定。结论 对口服药物失效的2型糖尿病患者短期应用胰岛素泵强化治疗,能快速重新控制血糖,并指导诺和灵30R的临床应用。

    The value of insulin pump in the treatment of type 2 diabetes with secondary failure to sulfonylureas

    【Abstract】 Objective To observe the value of Insulin pump in the treatment of type 2 diabetes with secondary failure to sulfonylureas.Methods We reviewed eight cases with SFS, in which the patients were given intensive therapy by insulin pump, and then immediately changed to multiple subcutaneous injection of Novolin 30R.We analyze the effect of their blood sugar control and the time to reach the control before and after the treatment.As a result, the eight patients’ blood sugar all decreased obviously, the average time to reach the control was 5.5 days.They all smoothly transferred into multiple subcutaneous injection of Novolin 30R.Their blood sugar control remained stable.Conclusion Insulin pump intensive therapy in short period of time for type 2 diabetes with SFS can quickly re-control the blood sugar, and guide the clinical use of Novolin 30R. ......
