【摘要】 目的 分析83例脑胶质瘤显微手术治疗经验,评价其疗效和预后。方法 回顾性分析自2005年3月至2009年3月共83例脑胶质瘤患者接受显微切除手术的疗效。结果 80例患者术前诊断与术后病理诊断符合,符合率96.4%。治疗显效41例,占49.4% ;有效率33例,占39.8% ;无效9例,占10.8% 。全组无围手术期死亡。结论 显微手术以其损伤小,适应证宽,全切除率高等优点,临床效果好。

    【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the results of microsurgical treament of 83 cases with gliomas.Methods Clinical data of 83 gliomas patients, who were treated with microsurgery in our hospital between March of 2005 and March of 2009 were retrospectively analyzed. Results The preoperative diagnosis of gliomas was same to pathological diagnosis in 80 patients (96.4%).The excellence rate,effective rate and ineffective rate were 49.4%, 39.8% and l0.8% respectively. There were no deaths due to surgery.Conclusion The microsurgery of glioma has the better clinical result on due to its less damage, wide indication and high total resection rate. ......
