【摘要】 目的 探讨ChiariⅠ畸形合并脊髓空洞的手术治疗方法及效果。方法 对39例ChiariⅠ畸形合并脊髓空洞患者采用后颅窝减压术、脊髓空洞切开引流术、小脑扁桃体切除术等综合手术治疗。结果 39例ChiariⅠ畸形合并脊髓空洞患者中,术后症状改善明显者27例,轻度改善者9例,无变化者3例。结论 后颅窝减压术、脊髓空洞切开引流术、小脑扁桃体切除术及其不同组合手术治疗ChiariⅠ畸形合并脊髓空洞可获得良好的治疗效果。

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the surgical treatment and effect of Chiari Ⅰ malformation with syringomyelia. Methods 39 patients with Chiari Ⅰ malformation with syringomyelia treated by posterior fossa decompression, Syringomyelia surgery incision and drainage, resection of cerebellar tonsils and comprehensive surgical treatments. Results Among 39 patients with Chiari Ⅰ malformation with syringomyelia, symptoms are improved significantly after surgical treatment in 27 cases, mild improvement in 9 cases, no change in 3 cases. Conclusion The posterior fossa decompression, Syringomyelia surgery incision and drainage, resection of cerebellar tonsils and the different combinations of surgical treatments of Chiari Ⅰ malformation with syringomyelia access to good therapeutic effect ......
