【摘要】 目的 阐明经胃镜取儿童上消化道异物的急救与护理。方法 根据异物的特点及位置,选用Olympus(4.8 mm) 电子胃镜等器械,采用不同的方法急救护理儿童上消化道异物。结果 内镜下异物钳取成功50例,成功率100%。异物留滞部位为食管上段嵌顿16例,食管中段嵌顿4例,食管下段嵌顿6例,胃底12例,胃体4例,胃窦3例,十二指肠第三段5例。本组1例除中度胃粘膜擦伤外,还伴有胃底、胃体的局部少量渗血,呈淡咖啡色。本组无一例出现大出血、穿孔等并发症。术后观察患儿30 min无异常回家。结论 应用胃镜急救护理不同类型、不同部位的儿童上消化道异物安全、有效、经济。

    【Abstract】 Objective To clarify the endoscopy of upper digestive tract foreign bodies in children, to take first aid and nursing.
