【摘要】 目的 探讨慢性结核性脓胸的外科治疗。方法 回顾性分析179例慢性结核性脓胸经外科治疗的临床资料。结果 全组无手术死亡病例,179个病例,治愈171例,治愈率95.5%。结论 根据病例的实际情况,选择合适的手术方式是治疗慢性结核性脓胸的关键。

    【Abstract】 Objective Discussion the surgical treatment of Chronic tuberculous empyema surgicaltreatment.Methods A retrospective analysis was made to the clinical datas of 179 cases with Chronic tubercular empyema treated by surgical treatment.Results There were no deaths in all 179 cases, cured 171 cases, the cure rate was 95.5%.Conclusion According to the actual situation of cases, select the appropriate surgical treatment which are the key of cure the Chronic tuberculous empyema.
