结膜移盖联合药物治疗真菌性角膜炎的临床研究(1)

【摘要】 目的 探讨结膜移盖在真菌性角膜炎手术治疗中的作用。方法 对118例真菌性角膜炎患者按不同治疗方法随机分为对照组和治疗组,对照组单纯给予药物治疗,治疗组给予结膜移盖联合药物治疗,观察两组的临床疗效并进行对比研究。结果 两组患者治疗后视力均提高,治愈率:治疗组91.4%;对照组65.5%。两组比较,治疗组的治愈率及治疗后视力明显提高、平均治愈时间明显缩短,有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论 真菌性角膜炎在药物治疗的基础上联合结膜移盖手术治疗效果更佳,可以明显提高治疗成功率。
