【摘要】 目的 探讨BALB/c小鼠最佳饲养密度。方法 挑选21日龄BALB/c小鼠196只(雌雄各半),随机分为5个组,在不同饲养密度下饲养,定期记录各组体质量。结果 各组BALB/c小鼠的体质量在3~12周内差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。 结论 BALB/c雄鼠饲养密度4只/笼或8只/笼可作为饲养选择,雌鼠饲养密度4只/笼时是最佳选择。

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the best stocking density of BALB/c Mouse Methods 196 21-day-old BALB/c Mouses were randomly assigned to 5 treatments.The weights of mouses were recorded in every treatment regularly.Results The mouses’ weights significantly varied from 5 treatments between 3~12 weeks(P<0.05).Conclusion As to the BALB/c male mouse, both 4 mouses/cage and 8 mouses/cage were considered as the better stocking density ......
