【摘要】 目的 探讨对实习的护生进行岗前培训的措施和效果。方法 实习生分成两组,一组为实验组,另一组为对照组。实验组采取针对性的岗前培训后进行实习,对照组未经培训的后直接进入实习。实习结束后进行两组护生出科前的满意度调查,理论及操作考核成绩比较。结果 经过系统培训后的护生成绩优于未培训的护生;带教老师及护生均对培训认可程度高。结论 对护生进行系统岗前培训效果优于传统带教方式,对带教工作带来一定作用。

【Abstract】 Objective Explore internship nursing students to conduct pre-job training measures and effectiveness.Methods Nurse students divided into two groups: experiment group and control group.The former was given nurse students systematic training before job,and the latter made the practice without systematic training before job.After finished the practice,two groups were used questionnaires and exams to evaluate the impact.Results After finished the practice,nurse students in experiment group have gained an obvious improvement in basic theories on medicine and also the clinical skills ......
