对社区居民院前急救知识培训的现状调查与对策研究(1)

【摘要】 目的 对社区居民进行院前急救知识培训,提高社区居民的参与意识和技能。方法 采用随机抽样的方法进行居民的问卷调查,利用多媒体授课和宣传资料及急救操作培训急救理论知识与急救技能,培训前后对居民进行考核。结果 培训前该社区居民对院前急救理论知识掌握的合格率仅为25.32%,而培训后合格率达到93.43%;培训前对院前急救技能掌握的合格率仅为18.0%,而培训后合格率达到90.73%。结论 培训以社区为基础,深入到不同的人群进行院前急救知识培训,将宣传与培训指导相结合,以提高社区居民的现场急救意识和急救能力。
