围术期肿瘤患者红细胞免疫功能的变化(1)

【摘要】 目的 测定肿瘤患者围术期红细包免疫功能的变化。方法 随机选取在本院行肿瘤切除术的患者40例作为实验组。ASA分级1-3级。门诊体检的正常人群作为对照组。其中良性肿瘤16例。恶性肿瘤24例。其诊断标准均符和肿瘤诊断标准。其中 乳癌10例。其中直肠癌6例。甲状腺癌2例,胃癌6例,甲状腺囊肿8例,乳腺良性包块8例。分别测定其术前,术中,术后三种血样,肝素抗凝后送检。采用郭峰设计的酵母菌花环试验法测定红细胞的免疫功能。结果 无论良恶性肿瘤患者与正常人相比其在不同时期的红细胞RBC-C3bRR均降低;其中乳房良性包块(P>0.05);甲状腺囊肿(P>0.05);胃癌早期(P<0.05);其余各组差别显著(P<0.01);而肿瘤患者RBC-ICR升高,其中良性肿瘤(P>0.05),甲癌(P<0.05),其他组(P<0.01)。结论 肿瘤患者红细胞免疫功能受到不同程度的抑制,其中晚期恶性着,红细胞免疫功能最低,预后不良。手术切除后因解除了肿瘤的刺激和压迫,红细胞免疫功能得到不同程度的恢复。

【Abstract】 ObjectiveTo test the changes of erythrocyte immune function on tumor patients during perioperation.Methodsrourty cases ASA physical status Ⅰ or Ⅲ patients undergoingtumor removal were randomly doivided into experimental group;including benign tumor patient 16 cases,m alignant patient 24cases.health adult were control group.diagnostic standard were in record in that of tumor.in these cases mastocarcinoma 10 cases;rectal adenocarcinoma 6 cases thyroid gland cancer 2 cases;carcinoma of stomach 6 cases.thyroid cyte 8 cases;fibroadenoma of brest 8 cases.we test the venous blood samples of all patients preoperation,perioperation and post-operation respectively.erythrocyte immune function meaning the rate of receptor rosetter(C3bRR)and erythrocyte immune complex rosettor(ICR)were measured.with saccharomyces in habiting rosetter test.Resultswhether benign or m alignanttumor patients in contrast with normal people.erythrocyte immune function all declined.pre-operation:RBC-C3bRR decreased.brest benign tumor(P>0.05)thynoid cyst (P>0.05)early carcinoma of stomach (P<0.05),others difference significantly (P<0.01).while RBC-ICR increased.in these cases benign tumor(P>
