    may reaches effectual Lung Ventilation.1990 this a research first reported to the world.From 1990 to 1999 Zhang's reported to applicated the three conversion formulas incluted:①Minute ventilation Volume (MV) ; ②Lung ventilation / blood flow ratio;③Lung Airing Index(LAI) his brilliant research to laid the foundation to assess the effectiveness of artifical ventilation and circalation of conversion the theory in CPR.2003《Chin Crit Care Med》 published wang Lijuan's reported the ECPC was called"Zhang's ECPC "It was pointed out that Zhang's published article in the world's CPR was divided the into three stages:Fhe First stage(1960~1980) TCPR with mouth to  mouth.The second stage (1980~1990)SCPR(ECC) with mouthtomouth.The third stage(1990~now)to combine ECPC don't plus mouth  to  mouth with ECC plus mouth  to  mouth. Results 19822007 in these patients there were 33/115 were survived (287%) by ECPC One case CHD of complication ventricular fibrillation the ECPC was performed to contimued compression for 49 minutes and at last lifesaving  To combine both ECPC with electric defibrillation in 65 cases,27 cases were survived ( 415%) The data of ECPC was checked and found to be true that is first creatad in the china , however , reality was first created in all the world.Conclusion Zhang's ECPC is a means of produced a double action of a fast rate artifical ventilation and slow  middle frequency exteraal cardiac compression The outcome after CPR with ECPC of chest compression alone is similar to that after chest compression plus mouthtomonth ventilation,and ECPC alone may be prefered approach for rescuers in CPR Author's suggested that the S CPR should be compression tate 80/min by chest compression alone for revise the 《Guidelines for CPR》 to consideration to both ventilation and blood flow favourable  ECPC is a new advances in modern CPR It applicable to the in first aid on the spot resuscitation at outside hospital and initialed emergency resusuitation before the electric defibrillation,should be for the earlier combine it and electric defibrillation ......
