综上所述,nm23蛋白和PS2蛋白表达之间可能存在着相互协同的关系。nm23蛋白阴性和PS2蛋白阴性的乳腺癌患者细胞恶性化程度高,更容易发生淋巴结转移,而两者均阳性的患者则其分化程度更高,恶性程度更低,不易发生腋窝淋巴结转移,且更容易通过内分泌治疗获益。两者联合检测可以作为独立指标来估计乳腺癌的生物学行为,在区分乳腺癌高、低危患者及预测乳腺癌患者预后方面更有经验交流意义。
