【摘要】 目的 探讨风湿性心脏病并发心房纤颤患者药物的药物治疗。方法 参与临床查房，在诊疗过程中与临床医师沟通，制定合理治疗方案。结果与结论 通过参与临床治疗过程包括入院教育、药学监护、用药教育等，为患者提供个性化药学服务，促进安全、合理用药。

    【Abstract】 Objective To explore the drug treatment to rheumatic heart disease with atrial fibrillation.Methods Clinical Pharmacists communicated with clinical medicine in the treatment in order to make a appropriate plan of drug use.

    Results&Conclusion By clinical treatment including education in-hospital,pharmaceutical care and medication education, providing the personality pharmacy,service for patients, promoting rational use of drug and safety of drug use.
