【摘要】 目的 探讨口咽部恶性淋巴瘤误诊的原因和避免误诊的措施。方法 回顾性分析7例口咽部恶性淋巴瘤患者的临床资料。结果 易误诊疾病为口咽癌、慢性黏膜炎症、口腔溃疡。经病理确诊均为非霍奇金淋巴瘤。确诊平均活检次数2次。结论 口咽部恶性淋巴瘤无特异性临床表现,容易发生误诊,应提高认识,尽早行病理学检查以减少误诊。高质量的病灶取材是避免病理误诊滞诊的关键。

    【Abstract】 Objective To explore the reason of misdiagnosis of oropharyngeal m alignant lymphoma and its prevention methods.Methods Seven cases with oropharyngeal m alignant lymphoma were retrospectively analyzed. Results The frequent misdiagnosis was oropharyngeal carcinoma,chronic mucositis,aphthous ulcer.All cases were pathologically diagnosed non-Hodgkin's lymphoma.Two times was averagely necessary to biopsy. Conclusion Oropharyngeal m alignant lymphoma which is easily misdiagnosed,with its nonspecifically clinical features,may arouse higher attention, and need pathological examination earilier.The fine pathological sample is key to the prevention of misdiagnosis of oropharyngeal m alignant lymphoma. ......
