【摘要】 目的 探讨小骨窗直视下超早期手术清除高血压脑出血的可行性及优点。方法 回顾性分析小骨窗直视下清除高血压脑出血27例的手术治疗。结果 术后6个月ADL评分Ⅰ级7例，Ⅱ级4例，Ⅲ级5例，Ⅳ级4例，植物生存4例，死亡3例。其中超早期手术恢复良好占75%，7 h以后手术恢复良好占36.4%。结论 小骨窗血肿清除治疗高血压性脑出血手术创伤小，直视下较彻底地清除血肿，迅速降低脑内压，是治疗高血压性脑出血的好方法。

    【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the ultra-small bone window under direct vision of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage early surgical removal of the feasibility and advantages. Methods Retrospective analysis of small bone window removal under direct vision of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage in 27 cases of surgical treatment.
