【摘要】 目的 探讨彩色多普勒超声在诊断糖尿病下肢血管病变的价值。方法 选取我院自2007年3月至2009年3月诊断为糖尿病下肢血管病变的患者20例，其中男12例，女8例，年龄55~75岁，平均年龄60.3岁，Ⅰ型糖尿病3 例, Ⅱ型糖尿病17 例,均有双下肢麻木,凉感,休息痛,间歇性跛行,肢端坏疽等症状,双下肢血管病变的严重程度大致相似,再选取正常的老年人20例作为对照组，男12例，女8例，年龄55~75岁，平均61.8岁。两组研究者，其中一组被称为健康对照组，另一组被称为研究组，对其进行彩色多普勒超声诊断。结果 研究组中有斑块的有17例，占85%，狭窄的有5例，占25%，闭塞的有4例，占20%，而研究组中有斑块的有5例，占25%，狭窄的有1例，占5%，闭塞的有0例，进行图例比较，进行对比研究组患者的的血管内径狭窄,血流量少,频谱宽度较宽,健康对照组的患者的血管内径明显比较宽,血流量明显,频谱宽度变窄,说明相比差异有统计学意义。结论 彩色多普勒超声对诊断无临床症状糖尿病患者下肢血管病变的早期诊断、预防、治疗有重要的临床指导意义。

【Abstract】 Objective
To explore the color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of diabetic vascular lesion of lower limbs by value. Methods Selected a hospital from 2007 March to 2008 March diagnosis for diabetic lower extremity arterial disease of diabetic patients with 20 cases, of which 12 cases, male, female 8, age 55 years old -75 years old, average age was 60.3 years old, type I diabetes of 3 cases, 17 cases of type 2 diabetes mellitus, had the double lower limb numbness, cool feeling intermittent claudication, rest pain, other symptoms, gangrene, double lower extremity vascular disease severity was roughly similar, then select the normal in the elderly 20 cases as control group, the male was 12 cases, female 8, age 55 years old -75 years old, average age was 61.8 years old. Two groups of researchers, including a group called the healthy control group, another group known as the study group, the color Doppler ultrasound diagnosis. Results The study group had a plaque in 17 cases, accounting for 85%, stenosis in 5 cases, accounting for 25% of the 4 patients, occlusion, accounted for 20%, while the study group with plaque in 5 cases, accounting for 25%, stenosis in 1 cases, accounting for 5% of the 0 patient, occlusion, to the legend comparative, comparative study group of patients with vascular diameter stenosis, blood flow less, spectrum width was wider, the health of the patients in the control group the vessel diameter was relatively wide, marked blood flow spectrum width becomes narrower, description, compared the difference is significant.
