112例高位肛瘘手术治疗临床分析
【摘要】 目的 探讨手术治疗112例高位肛瘘的方法。方法 回顾性分析我院自2008年1月至2010年10月收治112例高位肛瘘采用“高位挂线，低位切开，半开放改道引流术” 治疗的患者临床资料。结果 112例患者经一次手术治愈，其中10例手术后缝合处创面感染，其余术后痊愈出院。结论 高位挂线，低位切开，半开放改道引流术治疗高位肛瘘疗效好、值得推广。【关键词】

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the method for treatment of 112 patients with anal high operation. Methods Form Jan 2008 to Oct 2010, 112 patients with anal high were accepted hanging line, low cutting open, half opening changing first way . The clinical dates was analyzed. Results 112 patients were once cured by surgery, 10 patients were the wound infection, the other were recovered from the hospital.Conclusion Hanging line, low cutting open and half opening changing first way treatment of anal high is good, it is worthy of clinic application.
