西咪替丁粉末治疗口腔黏膜溃疡的临床研究
【摘要】 目的 探讨口腔溃疡临床最佳治疗措施。方法 采用回顾性分析的方法，分析作者所在医院收治的口腔溃疡患者150例临床资料，依据治疗方式不同分为观察组(75例西咪替丁组)和对照组(75例替硝唑组)。结果 观察组临床治疗总有效率(100%)明显高于对照组(66.7%)，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 西咪替丁治疗口腔溃疡临床效果明显，值得临床推广应用。【关键词】 口腔溃疡;西咪替丁;替硝唑;治疗
A clinical study of Cimetidine for oral ulcer

【Abstract】 Objective
Investigate the best treatment measures of oral ulcers. Methods Use the retrospective analysis method to analysis of clinical data of 150 patients in the hospital where I am, based treatment were divided into observation group (75 cases cimetidine group) and control group (75 cases tinidazole group). Results Clinical observation group, the total efficiency (100%) was significantly higher (66.7%),differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Clinical effect of cimetidine treatment of oral ulcers is worthy of clinical application
