脂肪乳氨基酸葡萄糖注射液对肺结核并营养不良患者的治疗效果评价(1)

     【摘要】 目的 研究脂肪乳氨基酸葡萄糖注射液(卡文,Kabiven)对肺结核合并营养不良患者营养支持治疗的临床意义。方法 将本院2009~2011年住院肺结核患者81例,随机分成两组:脂肪乳氨基酸葡萄糖治疗组在普通膳食基础上给予脂肪乳氨基酸葡萄糖注射液1440 ml/d,对照组在普通膳食基础上仅给予葡萄糖等一般治疗,疗程21 d。监测治疗前后两组患者的身高体重指数(BMI)、肱三头肌皮褶厚度(TSF)、上臂围(MAC)、血红蛋白(HB)、血清白蛋白(ALB)、总淋巴细胞计数(TLC),对比治疗前后肺部病灶吸收有效率。结果 21 d后脂肪乳氨基酸葡萄糖治疗组身高体重指数、血红蛋白、血清白蛋白、总淋巴细胞计数明显上升,高于对照组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);脂肪乳氨基酸葡萄糖治疗组肺部病灶吸收有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 脂肪乳氨基酸葡萄糖注射液可改善肺结核患者的营养状况,提高临床疗效,促进肺结核患者康复。

    Treatment evaluation of fat emulsion amino acids and glucose injection on malnutrition in patients with pulmonary tuberculosis CHEN Xiaoli. Changshan Central Hospital,Changsha 410004, China

    【Abstract】 Objective

    To study of fat emulsion amino acids and glucose injection (Kabiven) on malnutrition in patients with pulmonary tuberculosis. Methods 81 hospitalized patients with pulmonary tuberculosis who were receiving treatment in our hospital from 2009~2011 were randomly divided into two groups. One group with fat emulsion amino acids and glucose injection were receiving injection of 1440 ml/day on the basis of the average diet, while in comparison with another group given only general treatment with glucose injection for 21 days on the basis of the average diet. Monitor the index of the two groups of patients such as Body Mass Index (BMI), skinfold thickness of triceps (TSF),mean arm muscle circumference (MAC), Hemoglobin (HB), Serum Albumin (ALB), Total Lymphocyte Count (TLC), and compare the lung lesions absorption efficiency before and after treatment. Results 21 days later, the group of patients who had received fat emulsion amino acids and glucose injection witnessed an obvious rise in BMI, HB, ALB, TLC, higher than another group with a statistically significant difference (P<0.05); CT showed an efficient absorption of lung lesions higher than another group received fat emulsion amino acids and glucose injection with a statistically significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion Using fat emulsion amino acids and glucose injection can improve the nutritional status of tuberculosis patients, improve clinical efficacy, and promote the rehabilitation of patients ......
