难治性癫痫患者致痫灶中CX43的表达(2)
本实验通过免疫组织化学及免疫电镜方法对癫痫患者脑组织中CX43的表达进行观察,结果显示实验组及对照组脑组织中均检测到CX43的阳性细胞,实验组脑组织CX43阳性细胞数为(505±97),而对照组CX43阳性细胞数为(120±70),差异有统计学意义。CX43在难治性癫痫致痫灶脑组织中的表达增加,提示缝隙连接参与了癫痫的发生及发展,在脑皮质发育、神经网络及环路的重组、神经细胞间离子通道的构成等方面发挥着重要作用。
