【摘要】 目的 研究小儿脑瘫患者经过临床护理治疗后的效果分析。方法 整理我院在近年来收治的小儿脑瘫患者的临床资料50例，对患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析，总结其护理当中的各方面注意事项。结果 本组50例患者治愈3例，显效24例，有效22例，无效1例，患者的护理当中的效果优异，在回访当中患者对护理的满意度较高，达到92%。结论 在小儿脑瘫患者的临床护理过程中，患者的护理操作需要全面、精心，对患者的护理也需要加强各方面的注意事项，提高患者的护理效果和临床治疗效果。

    【Abstract】 Objective To study in pediatric patients with cerebral palsy clinical nursing process effect. Methods Finishing my courtyard in treated in pediatric patients with cerebral palsy clinical data in 50 patients, the clinical data of the patients were retrospectively analyzed, summarized the nursing care of the matters needing attention.
