【摘要】目的剖析剖宫产率呈持续升高的原因, 并提出相对应的措施。方法对本院2009年1月~2013年10月住院分娩产妇的742例剖宫产病例进行回顾分析。 结果近年来剖宫产率逐年上升, 剖宫产指征中, 社会心理因素所占比例明显升高。 结论加强宣传剖宫产术的适应证及并发症, 大力推广无痛分娩, 减少社会心理因素对剖宫产率升高的影响, 是至关重要的措施。
