从本研究中作者初步得出结论：右心室间隔部起搏比右心室心尖部起搏更有利于双心室电-机械活动的同步性， 通过术后24个月的随访未发现其起搏方式导致患者心功能恶化， 右心室间隔部起搏具有一定的临床优势。
