【摘要】 目的 探讨宫腔镜、腹腔镜联合在妇科疾病手术诊断及治疗中的应用。方法 对105例采用宫腔镜、腹腔镜联合手术治疗患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析， 对不孕症、异常子宫出血、黏膜下肌瘤、盆腔疼痛、纵隔子宫、盆腔包块等疾病， 通过宫腔镜、腹腔镜联合检查并治疗宫腔、腹腔内疾病。观察其临床效果。结果 所有患者均行宫腔镜、腹腔镜联合手术， 术后2～5 d出院， 没有手术并发症发生。结论 宫腔镜、腹腔镜联合手术可诊断及治疗宫腔、腹腔内的异常情况， 疗效满意， 临床可大力推广应用。
