【摘要】 目的 探讨肾癌根治术前应用肾动脉栓塞的临床价值。方法 120例肾癌患者， 随机分为观察组和对照组， 各60例， 对照组采用常规肾癌根治术， 观察组患者先行患侧肾动脉栓塞再行肾癌根治术， 对比两组患者观察指标。结果 观察组各观察指标均明显优于对照组， 差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 肾癌根治术前行肾动脉栓塞能显著减少术中出血量， 缩短手术时间， 利于患者术后恢复， 值得临床推广应用。

    【Abstract】 Objective To investigate application value of renal arterial embolism before radical nephrectomy. Methods A total of 120 patients with renal cancer were randomly divided into observation group and control group， with 60 cases in each group.
