【摘要】 目的 研究脑电双频指数(BIS)指导重症急性酒精中毒(AAP)镇静治疗的价值。方法 35例AAP患者随机分为常规组(18例)和BIS组(17例)， 常规组根据患者的镇静躁动评分(SAS)指导镇静药物应用， BIS组根据患者的BIS值指导镇静药物应用， 比较两组治疗效果。结果 BIS组与常规组相比， 镇静药物总剂量减少、觉醒时间缩短、镇静时间缩短(P<0.05)。结论 BIS指导AAP患者镇静治疗更加客观、合理、科学。
