【摘要】 目的 研究G蛋白偶联受体30(GPR30)在雌激素受体阴性乳腺癌患者乳腺病理组织中的表达情况及临床意义。方法 123例乳腺癌患者的病理标本， 进行免疫组化染色， 观察GPR30的表达情况。结果 GPR30表达于63.41%的乳腺癌患者中， ER(+)患者表达率64.29%， 其中TAM治疗耐药表达率高达69.23%。结论 GPR30在雌激素受体阴性的乳腺癌内分泌治疗中具有重要作用。
