总之， 术前充分的风险评估， 术中良好的复位固定， 术后正确的指导患者功能锻炼， 完善围手术期的管理， PFNA在高龄股骨粗隆间骨折患者中的应用具有较大优势， 随着手术病例的增多， 经验的积累， 会给越来越多的高龄股骨粗隆间骨折患者带来福音。
