【摘要】 目的 探讨鼻内镜下切除鼻内翻性乳头状瘤的治疗效果， 分析影响预后的因素。方法 回顾性分析25例行鼻内镜下切除鼻内翻性乳头状瘤患者的临床资料， 术后定期随访， 观察患者术后恢复情况及复发情况。结果 25例患者均一次性手术成功， 手术时间30～120 min、平均手术时间(60±24)min， 术中出血量50～300 ml、平均术中出血量(100.0±30.4)ml。其中有3例复发， 复发率为12%， 已再次手术， 目前仍在随访中， 无恶变及死亡病例。结论 鼻内镜下切除鼻内翻性乳头状瘤是一种安全并且有效的方法， 肿瘤的原发部位及切除不彻底是引起术后复发的主要因素。
