已有实验证实经典的阿片类镇痛药物一吗啡可以介导Th0细胞向Th2分化，并认为这种作用是通过-阿片受体介导的[6]， 舒芬太尼是高选择性的-受体激动剂，其镇痛作用是吗啡的2000-4000倍[10]，本次实验结果显示舒芬太尼对Th0细胞分化的影响与吗啡一致，推测其对Th1/Th2平衡的影响也是通过-阿片受体介导的。舒芬太尼影响Th1/Th2平衡的机制有待于进一步探讨和研究。
综上所述，舒芬太尼镇痛作用强，对应激反应影响小，对Th1/Th2平衡的影响相对较小，保护了患者的免疫功能，是目前比较理想的麻醉镇痛药物。
