基质金属蛋白酶9和C反应蛋白与冠心病的相关性研究(1)

     【摘要】 目的 探讨基质金属蛋白酶9和C反应蛋白与冠心病的相关性,以为其治疗提供规律与依据。方法 选取2005年10月至2009年1月于我院治疗的75例冠心病患者为研究对象,将其按分型分为稳定性心绞痛组25例和急性冠脉综合征组50例,同时选取同期的30名健康人为对照组,对三组患者进行基质金属蛋白酶9和C反应蛋白的水平检测,并对结果进行整理分析及比较。结果 经比较研究发现,急性冠脉综合征组的基质金属蛋白酶9和C反应蛋白的水平与健康对照组比较,P<0.01,差异有统计学意义,而稳定性心绞痛组基质金属蛋白酶9和C反应蛋白的水平与健康对照组比较,虽然较高,但差异不大,P>0.05。结论 在冠心病的研究中,尤其是在急性冠脉综合征中,对基质金属蛋白酶9和C反应蛋白的研究对冠心病的治疗有重要意义,值得进一步研究探讨。

    【Abstract】 Objective To study the correlation of coronary heart disease with matrix metalloproteinascs9 and Creactive protein in order toprovide evidence for the treatment.Methods 75 examples patients with coronary heart disease fromOctober 2005 to January2009 in my courtyard treatment was observed based on stable angina and acute coronary syndrome.25 examples patients was in the stable angina group,50 examples patients was in the acutecoronarysyndrome group.At the same time, 30 examples normal healthy person were selected as the control group.The level of matrix metalloproteinascs9 and Creactive proteinall were tested and compared.Results After the comparision,we found that the level of matrix metalloproteinascs9 and Creactive protein on acute coronary syndrome group was compared to the control group,P<0.01,the difference had statistical significance.But the level of matrix metalloproteinascs9 and Creactive protein on stable angina group was compared to the control group,P>0.05.Conclusion In the study of coronary heart disease,especially in the study ofacute coronary syndrome,the study on correlation of coronary heart disease with matrix metalloproteinascs9 and Creactive protein is meaningful,and is worth further studying.
